I wish to recognize the excellent job Clark Roofing
and Siding, Inc. did in re-roofing my family’s
home.
Prior to selecting a contractor, my wife and I researched
roofing companies using information from the local Better
Business Bureau, Angie’s List and other sources.
We invited seven companies to visit our home and give
us an estimate for our new roof. Each had an excellent
reputation with the Better Business Bureau and an “A”
rating with Angie’ List. Most were listed on the
CertainTeed website as having either Shinglemaster or
Select Shinglemaster certification.
The other companies might have done OK, however, one
stood out. When I met Chuck Clark it
was obvious that he was proud of his company, his employees,
and the quality of the work they performed. He was not
a salesman. He was a roofer with many years experience
.His work ethic
and enthusiasm for doing a good job was tremendous.
Selecting Clark roofing and Siding was easy. We had
already determined the CertainTeed roof we wanted, so
selecting a color was all that remained. Chuck Clark
rode with my wife and I to a residential section where
his company had done all the roofs. That made selecting
the color much easier. During our ride, it was fascinating
to witness Chuck’s pride as we viewed many homes
he had roofed.
The week our roof was installed, it was very hot. Temperatures
hovered near or above 100 degrees every day. One day,
one of the roofers knocked on the door to say they were
going to knock off at 1 PM because of the heat. They
had called Chuck and he gave them the OK. I was relieved
as I had planned to call him myself. This spoke volumes
as he demonstrated concern for his people in what was
extreme heat. By the way, his entire roofing team was
very polite, professional and hard working. Furthermore,
they are all employees of Clark Roofing and Siding,
Inc. as Clark does
not use subcontractors.
Today, Chuck Clark, my wife and myself have something
in common; we are all proud of the roof
his company installed on our home. Thank you Clark Roofing
for a job very well done!
