HOW DO WE DO IT?
We strive for every interaction to leave a lasting good impression and lean on our Core Values to navigate each project.
We understand that making an investment in a home improvement project is a big decision. We take time and listen to each homeowner regarding their project needs and, in most cases, offer multiple options for resolution.
We are flexible and work around the homeowner’s schedule when booking evaluation appointments and scheduling work to be completed.
We value each opportunity we are given to serve our neighbors. We, in turn, give back by supporting local civic organizations, community projects, and sports teams.
We employ team members who love what they do and appreciate the chance to help customers.
We leave each customer satisfied with the project they hired us to do. We ask for feedback and reviews to gain insight on how to continually improve.
Q. What kind of insurance does a roofer need?
A. General liability insurance. There are two primary types of roofing insurance that all roofing contractors should have: general liability and workers’ compensation. General liability insurance provides coverage if the actions of you or your employees lead to property damage on a client’s site or injury to a non-worker.
Q. How much is insurance for a roofing company?
A. Roofing businesses pay a median premium of about $300 per month, or $3,590 per year, for general liability insurance. This policy provides protection against third-party injuries, third-party property damage, and advertising injuries.
Q. Do roofers need to come inside?
A. Roofers do not need to come inside during a roof inspection or during the roofing job unless there is a leak that is coming into your house. During our roof inspections, we only go inside the house if it is required based on damage to the roof.
